Instagram Won’t Let Me Log In Despite Changing Password And Verifying
I am unable to log in to my Instagram account in any way. It asks me to verify with an email address that I no longer use, and it won’t accept verification through my phone number or Gmail account. I’m frustrated with Instagram as they aren’t providing any assistance to help solve my issue. Despite changing my password 7-8 times, I still cannot access my account. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken, and I ask for help in resolving this matter.

After the new update, I am unable to log into my Instagram account in any way. Despite trying to log in with my Facebook account, phone number, and Gmail address, I cannot gain access. Even though I have explained the issues I am experiencing to Instagram, no solution has been provided. I do not use my email address, and it has been deactivated because I haven't used it for a long time. Despite trying to log in with my registered phone number and Gmail address, my account still does not open.
