I am unable to access my Instagram account due to two-factor authentication. Despite the fact that my phone number has been updated, the verification code is still being sent to my old number. It's as though they don't care about their clients! I tried to reset my password using my email address and username, but it still won't let me in. I know my password and username, but I can't receive the two-factor authentication verification code since my phone number has changed. It's almost as if they don't want me to have access to my account again. This is ridiculous! I'm so fed up that I'm thinking of switching to another social networking site.
