I am unable to log into my Instagram account due to Duo Mobile. I had to do a factory reset on my phone, so the Duo Mobile app was deleted. Even though both my Gmail and phone number are linked to my Instagram account, it will only ask for a code from my Duo Mobile phone. I have absolutely no way to get into any of my accounts. The 8-digit backup codes are not being accepted.
