Instagram Suspended My Account Unfairly and Ignored My Attempts to Resolve

My Instagram account was suspended on 31.12.2024. I sent my ID, but it was not accepted. I haven’t even committed any serious violation, yet I’ve been left with no access to my account. This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and it feels like Instagram doesn’t care about users in Turkey at all. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, I’ve received no clear explanation or timeline for a resolution. Many other people like me have been affected, yet there’s still no solution. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose access to an account I’ve been using for years without proper justification. They claim their AI system suspended the account, but this lack of accountability is unacceptable. I want Instagram to find a resolution for this situation and ensure better support for its users.
