Instagram Request Rejection

I'm having trouble sending a friend request on Instagram. I keep getting notifications that say things like 'try again' or 'community guidelines.' I think Instagram has marked this as a bot activity. I haven't been sending requests to anyone, liking any photos or videos, or interacting with anyone for days. But, this notification keeps popping up. I sent a request, got a notification, and then Instagram deleted my request on its own. I'm really tired of this situation. Hey, can you help me out?
