Instagram Blocked Me From Sending Follow Requests for No Reason on My New Account

I can't send follow requests on Instagram and am facing an unreasonable restriction for no apparent reason. My account is new, and I'm simply trying to send requests to my friends, but it doesn’t work. Every time I try, I get an error message saying, "Action Blocked," but it doesn’t explain why. I don’t believe I have violated any rules. I haven’t engaged in spam-like behavior, excessive following, or anything that could be considered suspicious. This issue has been ongoing for about 1-2 weeks, and it’s making it difficult for me to connect with people. I also reached out to Instagram's official email, but I never received a response. If this is an automated restriction, I request a review so my account can function normally again.
