Instagram Keeps Restricting My Account Without Any Reason

I've been getting the "your account has been restricted" message from Instagram for the last three days, and I really don't know what's going on. Whenever this happens, I follow the same steps: I send the video I need to, snap a selfie like they ask, the restriction gets removed—and then the same problem pops up again pretty soon after. It’s an annoying loop that just keeps happening over and over again for no clear reason. I haven't heard any clear reason for these restrictions, and it feels like I'm going in circles. Honestly, it’s tough to wrap my head around the fact that such a big and established company hasn’t figured out how to fix something so simple.
