I Am Unable to Reset Password for Six-year-old Instagram Account, Code Not Coming
What is their job literally, other than making us crazy like this....customer support hasn't responded to my request to reset my password. I've tried receiving a code by email and cell phone but haven't heard back yet. I emailed customer support three times over the course of three weeks and never heard back from anybody. As a subscriber of this service for the past six years, I am startled and dismayed by the lack of focus on fixing this problem. My inability to access my account is irritating, and your lack of attention to detail is disrespectful. Please rectify this situation immediately and provide me with a working code to change my password, this is your job you guys!
