Instagram's Payment Problem

I'm very unhappy with Instagram's lack of customer service. They charged my credit card but then went completely silent when they couldn't access my account. They did not respond to my emails and did not send any SMS verification codes. Attempting to contact their customer service is a nightmare because all you get is an unresponsive 0850 number. I don't understand how a corporation like Instagram can function without addressing customer concerns. It has been days since they have not resolved the issue, which is simply asking users to wait a few minutes before attempting to access their accounts again. This is an unacceptable situation, and I'm left questioning Instagram's dedication to its users.
