Aura Threads Fashion Refused Refund After Order Cancellation Request

I placed an order for a pant and shirt from “Aura Threads Fashion” on Instagram on 04/10/2026. For this order, I paid a total of 300 rupees, 200 rupees via FamPay and 100 rupees via the Naavi app. After placing the order, I decided to cancel it and requested that Aura Threads Fashion cancel my order and refund my money. However, they told me that the order cannot be cancelled and that I must pay the full remaining amount to receive the order instead of giving me a refund of the 300 rupees I already paid. I am not willing to continue with this order and clearly requested a cancellation, so I find it unfair that they are refusing to refund my payment. I request that my order with Aura Threads Fashion be cancelled and that the total amount of 300 rupees I paid (200 rupees via FamPay and 100 rupees via Naavi) be refunded to me as soon as possible.
