Fraud On Instagram - Request to Close Account

I made a payment to purchase a product through the Instagram account “eslemtrendgiyim” but was scammed. After realizing the fraud, they tried to scam me again, then blocked me on Instagram and WhatsApp. Their page still appears active and continues to lure new victims, which makes this even more alarming. I even contacted them from another account to warn others, but they blocked that too. I have all the evidence including payment receipts and chat screenshots. Despite reporting to Instagram and official authorities, no action has been taken yet. I request a refund and the closure of this fraudulent account.
