Tryinnerly Unauthorized Payment Attempts After Personality Test Purchase

On 29/05/2026 I paid €39.99 by Visa card on Tryinnerly.com to receive the result of a personality test. I did receive a result, but it was quite mediocre compared to what was promised on the website. Five days after the payment, I started receiving several notifications that payments for this service were being denied. These “payment denied” attempts include different amounts such as $27.99 and $39.99 from TRYINNERLY.COM and HELP-INNERLY.COM, and they are very disturbing, as I only authorized a single payment and I am worried that the website is trying to charge my card multiple times without my consent. I have attached screenshots showing the repeated denied payment notifications. I contacted Tryinnerly.com customer support to ask why these payment attempts were being made and to request clarification and a solution, but I have not received any answer or explanation. Considering that I only authorized one payment, that the service quality was below expectations, and that there have been several unauthorized payment attempts afterwards, I request a full refund of the €39.99 and the immediate cessation of any further attempts to charge my card.
