Refund On My Cash App From Iq.test.innerly.com

I took an IQ test on iqtest.innely.com for a one‑time fee of $1.00 on May 26, 2026. At the time of purchase, I understood this to be a single transaction only, and I did not knowingly agree to any kind of subscription or recurring payment. However, on June 5, 2026, an additional $20.00 was taken from my Cash App account by iqtest.innely.com as a subscription fee that I never authorized. I have no email, confirmation or clear information from the company explaining that I would be enrolled in a subscription, and I only became aware of this when I saw the repeat charge in my Cash App transaction history. I also do not know how to contact the company directly to resolve this. I request that the $20.00 taken on June 5, 2026 be fully refunded to me and that any subscription or recurring payment connected to my initial $1.00 IQ test purchase be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are made to my account without my explicit consent.
