Selfcore IQ Test Led to Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge linked to INSIGHTWAY SELFCORE.ME and to request a full refund. I found Selfcore through a TikTok link that offered an IQ test. After answering the questions and puzzles on the website, I was informed that to receive my results by email I needed to pay 0.99 USD, which I did. I was only expecting this small, one–time payment for the test results. However, on 1 June 2026, an unauthorized transaction of 36.99 USD was charged to my Visa debit card from Cooperative Bank under the description “INSIGHTWAY SELFCORE.ME”. I did not agree to or authorize any subscription or additional payment of 36.99 USD. I also noticed that another 36.99 USD transaction was attempted yesterday, but fortunately it did not go through because there were not enough funds in my account. Despite paying the 0.99 USD as requested, I never received my IQ test results by email as promised. I contacted my bank, Cooperative Bank, and they only advised me to visit a branch in person, which I have not been able to do because I was not near any branch at that time. I feel misled because I believed I was paying a one–time fee of 0.99 USD to receive my results, not signing up for recurring or higher–value payments, and I have still not received the service I paid for. I kindly request a full refund of the 36.99 USD that was charged on 1 June 2026 and confirmation that any subscription or recurring payment related to INSIGHTWAY SELFCORE.ME is fully cancelled so that no further attempts of 36.99 USD are made to my card. I also ask that the company either send me the IQ test results that were originally promised for 0.99 USD or clearly explain why they were never delivered.
