Innerly Charged Me After Free IQ Test Without My Consent

I used an Innerly IQ teat test on Monday, 6 July, for which I paid €0,00 as a one‑time test fee. I clearly understood this as a single payment and I never agreed to any form of subscription or recurring charges. Despite this, on Thursday, 9 July, Innerly charged €39.99 from my account without my consent. I have tried to reach both Innerly and my bank regarding this unauthorized payment, but so far I have not been able to contact either of them, so the issue remains unresolved and I do not know how to stop any further charges. I request that Innerly immediately cancels any subscription or recurring payment that has been started without my explicit consent, provides a full refund of the €39.99 taken from my account, and sends me a written confirmation that no further amounts will be charged in the future without my clear approval.
