Request Refund for Unauthorized Insightway Selfcore.me Subscription Charge

I recently took an IQ test through the website insightway selfcore.me and paid the required fee for this one-time service. At the time of payment, I did not see or knowingly accept any information indicating that there would be a recurring subscription or additional charges. However, on 30.07.2026 I noticed an additional charge of 39.99 USD to my card from INSIGHTWAY SELFCORE.ME, which was made without my clear knowledge or authorization. I did not intend to subscribe to any ongoing service and I was not informed in a clear and transparent way that such a charge would occur. I request a full refund of the 39.99 USD that was charged without my explicit consent and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription or recurring payment linked to my account and card. I also ask that you confirm by email that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be applied to my card.
