Dear Innerly Support, I am writing to formally complain about unauthorized charges made to my account. On 13 June, I used the Innerly IQ test and paid the advertised one-time fee of €0.99. At the time of purchase, I understood this to be a single transaction only. I did not knowingly or explicitly agree to any subscription, recurring membership, or future charges. However, on 16 June, an amount of €39.99 was charged to my account without my knowledge or consent. I consider this charge to be unauthorized, as I never agreed to subscribe to any recurring payment service. Then, on 16 July, I was charged another €39.99. I am also concerned about the possibility of any further unauthorized charges. I therefore respectfully request that you: * Immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment associated with my account. * Refund the full amount of the two unauthorized charges of €39.99 each.
