Inglesina Electa Stroller Color Fading After Just 3 Months of Use

Last August, we bought an Inglesina Electa stroller and car seat. My little one is just 3 months old, and I've noticed that the color of the car seat's headrest is already starting to fade. I reached out to the dealer, and they instructed me to send in the car seat. But how can I possibly go out with my baby in the meantime? According to them, they don't have an extra car seat to send. We spent a considerable sum on these products and are currently dealing with a great deal of inconvenience. It appears that nobody is showing any concern.
