Unauthorized Charges From BIGO Technology on ING Bank Account

I am writing to report unauthorized payments taken from my ING Bank account by BIGO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. via Airwallex (Netherlands) B.V. I have never used any BIGO application or service, and I have not given any consent for these charges. On 07-01-2026, an amount of 5.00 euros was withdrawn from my account. In addition to this, there were also payments taken today and yesterday for a total of 15 euros. All of these transactions are unauthorized, and I do not recognize any subscription, purchase, or service that could explain them. I contacted the relevant parties about these withdrawals, but I have not received any response so far, and the situation remains unresolved. I am very uncomfortable that money is being taken from my account for a service I have never used. I kindly request that all unauthorized amounts be refunded to my account and that any existing subscription or payment instruction related to BIGO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. via Airwallex (Netherlands) B.V. be cancelled immediately. I also ask that the source of these transactions be investigated so that similar withdrawals do not occur again.
