ING Bank Unjustified/Incorrect Dollar-Based Transaction
For a total of five years, I've been a Netflix user, two years with Adobe, and around six to seven years with Google. I've used three different banks until now, and they all deducted money equivalent to the TL invoice amount when paying for these services. I opened an account with ING Bank for the first time, and now these transactions are being charged in dollars. I've spoken to them multiple times, and they claim this is normal. They're suggesting that I haven't made these payments correctly with other banks, as they should be. Due to the 0-interest credit, I obtained from ING Bank, I had to start using it. Once this credit is paid off, I'll stop working with this bank. They're earning money from customers with 0-interest credits under the pretext of exchange rate differences. They also insist that these transactions are done in dollars. Why don't Yapı Kredi, QNB Finansbank, and Garanti Bank work in the same way? Or why do Netflix, Adobe, and Google state that they're deducting TL and issuing TL invoices? I've transferred all my international transactions back to the other banks I'm working with. I'd suggest not working with this bank unless you're obliged to.

Here is the translation of the provided text from Turkish to English: "This is the part you don't understand. The invoice issued to me and the money withdrawn are in TL. No bank operates this way. I can't argue with you any longer. I will stop being your customer as soon as possible."
