If India Post Payments Bank support hasn’t replied to your complaint;
• Contact IPPB again through alternative channels such as the official email, in-app grievance option, or customer care portal and mention that your previous complaint received no response
• Provide your registered mobile number, account details, complaint/reference number, issue summary, and screenshots of unanswered requests
Ask them to;
• Escalate your case to the grievance cell or nodal officer
• Review your complaint and share the current status in writing
• Resolve the issue or explain the next steps clearly
