Ikea Warranty is A Lye!

April 8, 2023 12:53 AM14

I bought a sofa from IKEA, but within a year, it had faded and the boards on two sides had separated from the boards inside. When I called customer service, they sent someone to fix the boards with glue, but they didn't replace the cover because it was faded. I don't understand why the warranty only covers some parts of the sofa and not others. Customer service was hard to deal with, and the staff member's solution only worked for a short time. It's a shame to spend money on something that doesn't last and to get such bad service. If someone wants a product that will last, I would tell them not to buy furniture from IKEA.
