IKEA Order Delayed, Cancelled Due to Delay
I ordered a table and console from Ikea's website on July 16, 2023, with delivery scheduled for August 4, 2023. However, the items were not delivered on the promised date, which disappointed me. On August 4, 2023, when I finally reached Ikea's call center, they casually informed me that the table was out of stock and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. This is completely absurd! Even before that, when I called the call center on August 1, 2023, I was assured that my order would be delivered by August 4, 2023, at the latest. Ikea's contradictory information and lack of accountability are vexing. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, shattering my faith in Ikea's services. I'm so pissed off right now that I deleted the Ikea app from my phone. I am determined to spread the word about this heinous ordeal and warn others about Ikea's broken promises and poor customer service. This will be my first and final trip to Ikea!
