IKEA Order Defect - Warranty Exchange Denied


I purchased the Magasin model rolling pin from IKEA's online store on 25.06.2025. When I started using the product on 01.06.2025, I noticed that one of the handles was bent. My order number is: 112506241223416. When I contacted IKEA customer service regarding the issue, I was told that “there is no problem preventing its use,” and the product was not replaced. However, the item is under warranty, and I am requesting a replacement. Although the return/exchange period has passed, I believe this is a manufacturing defect and should be covered under the warranty. I kindly request that this issue be resolved.

Also, there was no protective bag when it arrived.

I used to prefer IKEA for its flawless design, but this flaw that I initially overlooked has diminished the brand's strong value in my eyes.
