IKEA Did Not Send All Parts for My Tarva Bed and Refused to Help After 14 Days

26I was unable to complete the assembly of the IKEA Tarva bed frame due to missing metal components that were supposed to be included in the box. Since I had already disassembled and thrown away my old bed in anticipation of the new one, I am now left without a bed. When I contacted IKEA through their call center, they told me there was nothing they could do because the 14-day period had passed. I don’t understand why the missing part is suddenly my responsibility. Am I required to assemble the product within 14 days? The fault clearly isn’t mine. The form they directed me to doesn't function properly, so I can’t even reach them in writing. This has been a truly frustrating experience in every sense.
