IKEA Delivered a Broken Glass Shelf and Refused to Handle the Return Properly

I purchased the KMPL glass shelf product with code 70257638 from the IKEA online store. The product packaging showed no visible damage from the outside, but when the IKEA assembly team opened the package, they discovered that the glass shelf inside was broken. After this was identified, a replacement request was created, and I was informed that the damaged product would be picked up from my home and exchanged accordingly.
Although the replacement request was opened on April 22, nobody contacted us afterward, no pickup was arranged, and no further action was taken. Later, through our own follow-up efforts, we learned that we were apparently expected to ship the product ourselves. However, this product is extremely heavy, and it is physically impossible for us to carry it out of the house and transport it to a shipping company. In addition, even though the damage was discovered directly by the IKEA assembly team during installation, the entire responsibility has somehow been left to us as the customer.
I paid approximately $55 for this defective product, and I request that IKEA collect the damaged item directly from my home and replace it with a brand-new identical product without requesting any additional payment or creating further inconvenience.
