I Want My Money And Cancellation Of iDrama Subscription

I recently experienced a problem with an IDrama subscription that I did not intend to purchase. Yesterday I was trying to subscribe to a €17 offer, but without realizing it I ended up being charged a €105 subscription instead. On 20/08/2026, a payment of €105 was taken from my account, even though I only wanted the €17 subscription. I noticed this only after the payment had already been processed. I request that the unwanted €105 subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full €105 amount be refunded, and that any active subscriptions linked to this transaction be closed so that no further charges are taken without my explicit consent.
