If iDrama won't let you cancel your subscription,
Review your subscription first;
• Check:
– Your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings
– Every Apple/Google account you may have used to subscribe
– Your next weekly renewal date
– Your payment receipts to identify who is actually processing the charges
• Confirm:
– You're signed into the same account used for the purchase
– The subscription is still active
– You haven't already received cancellation confirmation
– Simply deleting iDrama or your account hasn't been mistaken for canceling the subscription
iDrama's published terms say it offers weekly subscriptions that automatically renew unless canceled. Its App Store listing says cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before renewal.
Gather evidence;
• Save screenshots showing:
– Your active subscription
– The weekly charges
– Any missing or non-working cancellation option
– Your attempts to cancel
• Keep:
– Transaction IDs
– Payment receipts
– Next renewal date
– Previous support conversations
Contact iDrama support;
• Request:
– Immediate cancellation of your subscription
– Confirmation that future weekly charges have been stopped
– Written confirmation of the cancellation date
– A refund review for charges made after a valid cancellation request
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
