I Was Treated Unfairly at iDATA Despite Paying and Following the Application Process
On May 13, 2025, at 9:40 AM, I had an appointment at iDATA with my father. After waiting in line for hours, we were finally called to the counter—only to be told that we had submitted our applications incorrectly. Instead of helping us correct the issue, the staff refused and told us we had to start the process over completely. What made this even more frustrating was seeing another applicant at a nearby counter get their mistake resolved easily with no problem. Why were we treated so unfairly? We had already paid all the necessary fees, signed the required documents, and were then dismissed without proper support. The staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive. I demand a clear explanation and fair treatment. If others can receive help, so should we. iDATA must take accountability for the inconsistency and correct this immediately.
