Hummel ST Power Play Shoes Defect - Side Opening
On 24.01.2026 I purchased a pair of Hummel ST. POWER PLAY shoes from the Hummel store in Afyon Afium. Within about one month of use, a clear opening occurred on the side of the shoes, which I consider to be a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear. Because of this problem, I took the shoes to the Afyon Afium store and my shoes were sent in for inspection twice. However, both times my request was rejected and I was informed that no action would be taken, despite the fact that the problem appeared in a very short period of time. My registration number regarding this process is 00502715. I am dissatisfied with the result and I request that my situation be reconsidered. I expect either a refund or an exchange of the product with a fault‑free pair of shoes. I kindly request that my complaint be urgently reviewed and that I be informed accordingly.
