Huawei MatePad Locked After Factory Reset and Activation Fails Due to Forgotten Credentials

I had to factory reset my Huawei MatePad because it was infected with a virus. However, after completing the reset, I can no longer access the tablet.
The device now displays an activation request, but when I try to proceed, it says the linked phone number is invalid.

My Huawei ID is tied to a phone number and password that I no longer remember. As a result, my tablet has been completely unusable for days.

It’s incredibly frustrating that there’s no simple way to recover or reset my account easily. Huawei should provide a better recovery process for users stuck in this situation.
I am requesting immediate assistance to regain access to my device.
