My Huawei Mate 10 Lite Fingerprint Sensor Stopped Working Suddenly
I’m seriously disappointed with Huawei right now. My Huawei Mate 10 Lite suddenly lost its fingerprint sensor functionality without warning. The option is still visible in the settings, but it’s completely inactive—no way to enable or use it. I rely heavily on the fingerprint scanner for security and quick access, and now I’m locked into using only a password every time.
What’s even worse is the total lack of response from Huawei’s customer service. I marked my request as urgent, expecting timely assistance. But no one seems to care. It’s like shouting into a void. There’s no live help, no callback, no actual solution.
I bought this phone believing it was reliable, but now I regret it. A critical feature disappeared out of nowhere, and support is nonexistent. For a company this size, that’s unacceptable.
Huawei, fix this fingerprint sensor issue now. Don’t ignore customers who need real support—especially when your device fails without warning.
