Huawei MediaPad 5 16GB Storage Full Error – Can't Install Apps

I purchased a Huawei MediaPad 5 (16GB) tablet, but I am unable to install any applications due to a "storage full" error, even though I have barely used the device. Almost all of the 16GB is taken up by the system, leaving me with little to no usable space.

I tried using a microSD card, but the tablet does not allow me to install apps on external storage. Without app downloads or updates, this tablet is basically useless—all I can do is use the calculator, check the clock, or watch videos.

There are no system updates available, and Huawei has provided no solution for this issue. I need a fix or a refund because this product is not functional as advertised.
