Huawei Watch Keeps Malfunctioning, Store Refuses Service Without Original Box
I purchased a Huawei watch on October 10, but it has been constantly malfunctioning since then. When I took it back to the store for repair, I was told that the service center required the original box, even though I had my receipt, charging cable, invoice, and warranty documents. I asked why they couldn’t accept it with all this documentation, but the store insisted that the service would only proceed if I provided the box. When I inquired where it states that a box is required for service, I received no answer. It’s frustrating that Huawei’s support seems to depend on something as minor as having the original packaging. I urge Huawei to stand behind its products and address this unreasonable policy.
