Huawei Watch Fit2 Malfunction Unresolved for Over a Month

After purchasing a Huawei Watch Fit2, it completely stopped functioning after only four weeks, and it hasn't turned on since then. The watch was in need of repair, so I dispatched it to the authorized Genpa Etiler service center. It has been about 35 days now, and neither Genpa nor Huawei themselves have offered a solution to the problem I'm having. They have not yet finished keeping me waiting. I have tried to get in touch with Huawei on multiple occasions, and they have also tried to get in touch with me; however, they continue to tell me that it is in the "approval process" and are keeping me waiting for it. This drawn-out absence of a resolution is very frustrating and disheartening to experience. My interactions with both the authorized service center and Huawei's support team have left me with a profound sense of dissatisfaction.

I was called by Huawei again. There is still no solution. We are all waiting together.
