On 22.11.2023, I ordered a notebook with model code HP Victus 7N9V3EA with i5 13th Generation processor and 4050 graphics card. Since the first day it arrived, there has been an intense hissing sound, even if it is not under any load. As far as I researched on the internet, it has happened to many people, but I did not pay attention to it because it did not bother me much. A different problem has started in the last 2-3 days.
