Redmi Note 13 Pro Account/Device Suspension Restoration Request

I purchased my Redmi Note 13 Pro from the official store. About 20 days ago, while I was chatting, my device was suddenly suspended, and since then I have been unable to log back in. This is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue, and although I haven’t suffered any financial loss, it is very frustrating. My device is not under warranty.
My IMEI number is: 3580030720698**.

I am requesting assistance to regain access to my device and to have this issue resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
