Hoover Washing Machine. NOT DONE Despite Being Under Warranty




I live in Bolu, bought a Hoover washing machine. The only authorized service in Bolu came and installed it. The warranty period of the machine continues. A few days ago, when my wife saw that the plastic inside the boiler had slipped out of its place; I registered to Hoover's 850 phone number since it was under warranty. Hoover's sole authorized service in Bolu came today (24 January 2024 - Wednesday). And although it was under warranty, he said that he would replace the slipped plastic - bakelite part for a fee. When I refused, he left without replacing it. I could not approve of this move for a well-known and quality company like Hoover. I demand that the plastic part inside the washing machine be replaced free of charge as the warranty continues. I expect this from the Hoover brand. Greetings, regards...
