Hoover Refrigerator Arrives Defective, Service Abandons Installation

On November 7, 2025, I purchased a Hoover HOCG5T718EW1 refrigerator through Hepsiburada. During the installation process, the refrigerator was found to be defective. The service team left the appliance and essentially walked away without resolving the issue.

After this incident, despite contacting all responsible parties multiple times, there has been absolutely no progress or solution. There is no clear point of contact, and no one is taking responsibility for the defective product. Based on this experience, I strongly warn others not to bring any Hoover-branded products into their homes, as there appears to be no effective customer support or accountability. From this point forward, we will be pursuing our rights through legal channels to resolve this matter.

"The brand solved our issue, but I don't think that's enough. They also need to take action regarding the incompetent service. A competent service diagnosed my problem in half an hour and resolved it immediately. Despite repeatedly telling the brand "I am not satisfied with your service," they insisted on not sending another service. If you want your brand to grow, you should have after-sales support handled by competent individuals."
