Hoover Extended Motor Warranty Not Registered In the System
I bought a Hoover clothes dryer, and when I called the service and contact number for the extended motor warranty, they told me that the extended warranty hasn't been processed in the system yet. Now, I'm facing difficulties because of this. I'm reaching out for your help on this matter. We recently purchased a different product based on a relative's recommendation, and if this issue persists with the motor warranty, it might lead to a negative recommendation. Your assistance in resolving this would be appreciated.

As a user, we have learned that we should consider brands other than those we know under the conditions in Turkey. We had placed an order for a washing machine and dryer for our other home, but we canceled it. Be aware that customers in Turkey should think twice before choosing this brand and make your decision accordingly. The service is poor, and they absolutely do not provide any feedback. The existence of a customer service unit is questionable. My humble advice to customers reading this message and considering making a purchase is to look for a local brand.
