Unauthorized Hong Kong Quxin Technology Subscription Charge, Request Refund

I recently used the Quxin service to take an online depression test. After completing the test, the system informed me that I had to pay 1 THB in order to receive the test result by email. I understood this as a one‑time payment only for sending the result, so I paid 1 THB via TrueMoney Wallet. However, on 28/07/2026, I was unexpectedly charged 50 THB by Quxin through my TrueMoney Wallet, even though I never intended to subscribe to any monthly or recurring service. I only agreed to a single 1 THB payment, and at no point did I clearly confirm or knowingly accept any subscription. I have already cancelled and stopped using the service, but I am very dissatisfied that money was taken again without my clear consent. I request that Quxin refunds the 50 THB charged on 28/07/2026 and ensures that no further charges will be made to my TrueMoney Wallet in the future.
