Today, an amount of RM18 was automatically deducted from my Touch ’n Go (TNG) balance by Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited via auto-debit, even though this money does not belong to me and I did not knowingly approve such a payment. I request a full refund of the RM18 to my TNG balance and the cancellation of any auto-debit or similar automatic charges linked to my account so that this does not happen again.
