TNG eWallet RM17 Unauthorized Auto-Debit by Hong Kong QuXin Technology

I recently noticed that RM17.00 was auto-debited from my TNG eWallet for a transaction to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited, even though I did not make, approve, or authorize any payment to this company. The transaction is shown as a successful payment of RM17.00 to Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited, but I did not purchase any product or service from them, did not agree to any subscription, and did not permit any auto-debit from my account. I have no prior relationship with this company, and this situation raises serious concerns about the security of my eWallet. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently and that the full amount of RM17.00 be refunded to my TNG eWallet as soon as possible. I also ask that any auto-debit or access given to this company be immediately cancelled so that similar unauthorized charges do not occur again.
