Touch ’n Go eWallet Charged RM17 for an Unauthorized Anxiety Test Payment
On 17/09/2026 at around 1:03 pm, RM17 was deducted from my Touch ’n Go eWallet balance for a transaction shown as a successful payment to “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited” with the description “26868‑Anxiety Test”. I did not knowingly subscribe to or approve any “Anxiety Test” service or similar product and I did not give permission for this charge. This RM17 is important for my daily living expenses and I am extremely upset that it was taken without my clear consent. After noticing the deduction, I immediately removed any possible auto‑deduction or subscription settings to prevent this from happening again. I request that this RM17 be fully refunded to my eWallet and that Touch ’n Go investigate how this payment was processed without my explicit authorization. I also ask that any related subscriptions or recurring charges connected to “26868‑Anxiety Test” or Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited be cancelled and blocked so that no further unauthorized deductions can occur.
