On September 12, 2026, an amount of 250.00 was automatically deducted from my Maya account for a transaction under the name “Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited.” I did not make, authorize or use any service or product related to this merchant, so this is an unauthorized and suspicious charge on my account. I request a full refund of the 250.00 to my Maya balance and that this transaction be formally disputed and investigated as unauthorized. I also ask that any future charges from Hong Kong QuXin Technology Limited to my account be blocked to prevent this from happening again.
