I would like to point out a significant error made by a large corporation. I own a Civic from the 2016 lineup. From the images provided, you can observe that the car's paint is peeling off without any external force. I've noticed several Civics on the roads facing the same problem. This seems to be a manufacturing defect. Being an engineer focused on lean production and process optimization, I believe this is a significant production problem. I lodged a complaint about it, but the dealer in my city replied, "We are unable to assist as it's not covered by warranty, but we can repaint it for a fee." No new updates have emerged. I anticipate that Honda will thoroughly investigate the production defect and find a permanent solution to address the inconvenience I am facing.
