Honda Missing Invoice and Tax Exemption Issues

I had an agreement with Honda Izmir Terakki dealer on June 12th for purchasing a tax-exempt vehicle of the City model. They demanded an immediate payment of half the amount to open my registration. I made the payment promptly and submitted all the required documents on time. Despite requesting them to issue the invoice, they failed to do so. On July 6th, they asked for the remaining payment, which I promptly paid. Once again, I asked for the invoice, but they neglected to provide it. Due to their failure to issue the invoice, the price of the car, originally 924,000 ₺, increased to 1,003,000 ₺ due to the company's price hike. Today, the vehicle lost its tax exemption status due to a VAT increase. Despite my insistence on getting the invoice, they used a ridiculous excuse that the car might get damaged during transportation and refused to issue it. They have caused us great inconvenience. I am filing a complaint, and if my grievance is not addressed, I will seek legal recourse.
