Honda Does Not Let Me Use My “Gold Maintenance Package”

Hello, on 18.07.2018, the Honda Terakki İzmir service sold my wife a "Gold Maintenance Package" for ₺500 when we took our 2015 model Honda Civic in for servicing. Since the car was clean, we couldn’t use the Gold package at that time. On 30.12.2019, we traded in our old vehicle at Terakki İzmir and bought a brand-new car. While selling the car, Mr. M**** told us that the "Gold Maintenance Package" we had previously purchased would be transferred to the new car and could be used anytime. He also gifted us ceramic coating and window tinting for the new vehicle. After four years, as the ceramic coating was damaged by the sun, we wanted to use the "Gold Maintenance Package" we bought on 18.07.2018. However, Honda Terakki Service either demanded an additional ₺5000 for the Gold maintenance or offered to refund the ₺500 we originally paid. Neither of these offers is acceptable! When we asked why we couldn't use the package, they couldn’t provide a reasonable explanation. I paid ₺500 for the Gold Maintenance Package on 18.07.2018, and I want to use it. Were Mr. M****’s promises when selling the car just lies?

Even Honda Turkey has lost its honesty, they can't provide any reasonable explanation. Honda Turkey has also lost its honesty!

Honda Turkey is asking if there is a written document stating that the Gold package has a duration? I say no. I ask. Is there a written document stating that it is limited? They also say no. But they say you cannot use it, that's my explanation, if you want, go to court.
