Honda Activa 125 Spare Part Procurement Problem Delays Repair

I bought a Honda Activa 125 from Izmir Yuksel Honda dealer on March 26. Unfortunately, I had an accident on May 27, and the repair process began on June 5. However, it is still lying in the workshop because they don't have the necessary parts. It's been a month of me calling them, and every time they just say they're waiting for the parts. These motorbikes were released in 2023, nearly a year and a half ago. How can such a large Honda dealer struggle to supply parts? It seems they have no issues selling them, but when it comes to providing support to customers in need, we're left waiting, being told there are no parts available, and feeling like victims of our own purchase. Normally, vehicles involved in accidents are collected within a week or 10 days and returned within a month at most. I find this delay unacceptable. If you're considering buying a Honda from Yuksel dealer, think twice about whether they have adequate parts support.
