Defective Honda CB650R With Recurring Mechanical Issues

Dear Official, I purchased a 2025 CB650 R motorcycle on April 29, 2025, which has experienced serious mechanical issues from the first days of use, including engine cutting out and the warning light turning on at high speeds. On July 10, 2025, I reported this issue to the authorized service and delivered the motorcycle. The service informed me on July 12, 2025, that the repair had been completed, and the motorcycle was returned. However, upon testing, the same issue persisted, and the motorcycle had to be returned to the service. During this process, no timeframe was provided, I was kept waiting for a long period, and no clear information was shared. Despite our repeated complaints, no replacement vehicle was provided. The service did not inform us when the motorcycle would be ready, and notably, the repair was made to appear completed just one day before the legal repair period expired, yet the issue recurred within a month. Throughout this service period, many parts of the motorcycle were repeatedly disassembled and reassembled, compromising the vehicle’s integrity and reliability. Currently, the motorcycle is again in service, and I am told only that “we are awaiting a response from Honda Turkey, the investigation continues,” as this issue has exceeded what the service team can resolve. I have no complaints regarding the dealership or service, as they have done their best. The primary responsible party is Honda Turkey, which has taken no action to address my consumer rights violations. A brand-new motorcycle requiring repeated service within just 4.5 months, experiencing recurring issues, and effectively losing its value as a second-hand vehicle clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. Therefore, I request a replacement of the faulty motorcycle. If this matter is not addressed, I will exercise all legal rights and take the necessary actions against Honda Turkey, including filing complaints with the relevant consumer protection authorities. I demand that my grievance be addressed immediately and that a clear and binding solution be provided. Sincerely.
